- Secure infrastructure deploymentSystems run where you decide: on your own hardware, or on a dedicated EU-hosted server, one server per client, with open-weight models whenever the data must not leave your perimeter. Every installation ships with a written procedure and acceptance criteria, so what was deployed is what was agreed, and someone else can verify it.
- Data protectionClient data stays inside the client's perimeter by design. What an agent can read, write or send is scoped before the first run, and nothing goes to a third-party model API unless that choice is made explicitly, written down and signed off. The boundary is something I can show you, and prove.
- Governance firstAgents prepare, people decide. What is automated and what escalates to a human is written down before the system goes live, never worked out mid-task, and anything sensitive stops and waits for a call. Every deployment comes with the charter and the runbook your team will actually use, not a slide about them.
- GDPR and regulated systemsGDPR is the floor, not the ceiling: the same discipline applies to any regulated profession. Helmo built /avocats, a system for law firms, one of the most regulated professions there is, designed around confidentiality and professional-secrecy constraints from day one, not patched in after.
